Family counselling offers a supportive space to explore challenges together and strengthen connection within your family system. Whether you are navigating conflict, communication difficulties, parenting struggles, or emotional distance, we work collaboratively to better understand each person’s experience and what sits underneath it, feelings, needs, and patterns of relating. My approach is warm, relational, and non-judgmental. I support families in slowing down, listening to one another, and finding new ways of communicating that foster understanding, respect, and emotional safety. Sessions may include the whole family or different combinations (e.g., parents only, parent–child), depending on what feels most helpful.
