Whether you are struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, trauma, grief, or simply a sense that something is not quite right, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and find a way forward.

As an English- and Russian-speaking counsellor and therapist in The Hague, I work with both local and international clients, including expats, professionals, parents, and individuals navigating change. Many people seek support when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, misunderstood, or uncertain about how to move forward.

Therapy offers a calm, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, patterns, and inner conflicts. It can help increase self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, and deepen your understanding of yourself and others. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface and identify ways of living that feel more authentic, balanced, and compassionate.

My approach is integrative, person-centred, and trauma-informed. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, and mindfulness-informed practices. This allows me to tailor therapy to your individual needs, personality, and goals.

Expat Therapist

Having lived and worked internationally myself, I understand some of the unique challenges that can accompany relocation, cultural adjustment, identity changes, career transitions, and living far from family and familiar support networks. As an expat therapist in The Hague, I provide therapy for English-speaking expats and internationals from diverse backgrounds.

Couples Therapist

Relationships can become strained when partners feel misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck in recurring patterns of conflict. As a couples therapist in The Hague, I work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, or navigate significant life changes together. Therapy provides a space where both partners can feel heard and understood while working towards a healthier and more fulfilling relationship.
