COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Redman Psychology and Counselling is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and ethical service. If you have concerns about your experience, you have the right to raise them.

Step 1: Discuss Your Concern

If something does not feel right, I encourage you to discuss your concern with me directly. Many concerns can be resolved through open and respectful conversation.

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If you feel unable to raise the issue with me directly, or if your concern remains unresolved, you may submit a formal complaint through the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP) complaints procedure.
